Please be aware this can only be accessed by a few steps, so if you have a member of your party with mobility issues another property might work better, or consider renting the main house of this property. This property is connected to the main house by the garage but the only shared space for this property is parking-- all other areas are separated, including the backyard. If you would like to consider renting both properties, going back and forth is fairly simple through the front or backyard.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
